Why Choose FH® Support Brackets?
1. The Foundation of Safe Stacking
Poorly designed or weak brackets cause:
- Uneven load distribution – basket tipping or collapse
- Part damage from falling baskets
- Furnace refractory damage from dropped loads
- Operator safety hazards
FH® support brackets are engineered for stability and safety.

FAQ:
Q1: What material do you recommend for support brackets?
A: For ≤700°C: 310S. For 950°C carburizing: 1.4849. For >1000°C: Inconel. Carbon steel is available for low-temperature applications only (≤450°C).
Q2: Can you make brackets to a specific height?
A: Yes – any height from 50 mm to 500 mm. We also offer adjustable designs for variable stacking needs.
Q3: How much weight can a bracket support?
A: Standard designs support 100–500 kg per bracket. Heavy-duty versions support up to 2000 kg per bracket. Tell us your load requirement.
Q4: Do brackets come in sets?
A: Yes – typically 4 brackets per layer (one per corner). Custom quantities available.
Q5: What is your warranty?
A: 12 months against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, creep, and thermal fatigue are not covered.
