In a typical cast combination chain, the inner block links are made of malleable cast iron or ductile iron, while the side plates and pins are made of heat-treated steel. Working Principle:
The cast link belt is driven by a drive roller (active roller), which is connected to power devices such as motors. Through the friction between the drive roller and the cast link belt, the belt is driven to move in a predetermined direction, thereby realizing material transportation. During operation, the links of the cast link belt are supported by parallel guide rails or idler rollers (driven rollers) to ensure the stability of the conveying process.
