Nov 28, 2025 1. High-Temperature Alloy Steel:
Common alloy systems include Fe-Cr-Ni, Fe-Ni-Cr, and Ni-based high-temperature alloys. These materials exhibit excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance below 950℃, making them suitable for the harsh environment of heat treatment trays.
2. Stainless Steel and Heat-Resistant Steel:
Series such as ZG4Cr25Ni20Si2, ZG4Cr28Ni48W5Si2, 2535W2, and 2848 maintain strength and dimensional stability in high-temperature and corrosive atmospheres.
3. Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, and Aluminum Alloys:
Depending on customer cost and operating temperature requirements, ordinary carbon steel, alloy steel, or lightweight aluminum alloys can be selected to meet multi-stage heat treatment needs from low to medium-high temperatures.
4. Special Wear-Resistant/Corrosion-Resistant Materials:
For applications requiring extreme wear or corrosion resistance, titanium alloys and ceramic matrix composites can be used to further extend tray life.
